Privacy Policy
What we collect
This site collects contact form submissions (pathway applications, partnership inquiries, school inquiries, civic activation requests, giving inquiries, walkthrough bookings, and general contact messages), newsletter email addresses, and standard analytics data (page views, referral sources, approximate location). Membership and credit payments are handled by Stripe on a secure checkout page; we never see or store your full card number. We keep your membership, credit balance and booking history so we can run your membership.
How we use your information
Form submissions are read by C.I.T.Y. TRUST CENTER staff. They are kept for the purpose of follow-up, matching to a pathway, and scheduling. We use the contact details you gave us to reach back out, and only about what you asked for. You never have to explain yourself twice.
How we keep track of people
We keep a private internal record of the people who reach out to us: name, contact details, the block or ZIP you gave us, which lane you came in through, and notes from our conversations, so a request never falls through the cracks. It is visible only to C.I.T.Y. TRUST CENTER staff. We text or email you only if you gave us permission on a form, and never about anything other than what you asked for.
Text messages
We collect mobile numbers through our website and event forms only with your consent, when you check the text-message box, or when you text us first. We use them only to send messages about C.I.T.Y. Trust Center activations, RSVPs and tickets, membership and programs, and to reply to what you asked us. Message frequency varies, typically 2 to 6 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Checking the box is optional and is never a condition of joining, submitting or booking.
We never sell or share phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that deliver our texts and help us answer them, such as our messaging platform, and only for that purpose. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone else.

How long we keep it
Submissions are retained for the operating life of the program. Newsletter subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
