Membership & billing

  • Memberships are month to month and bill on the same date each month, starting the day you join.
  • Community is $15 a month, Member is $45 a month and Maker is $79 a month. Partner memberships are quoted.
  • Founding rate: the Founding Circle is the first 300 founding members, and it closes on December 31, 2026 if it has not filled by then. They pay $10, $30 or $55 a month. The founding rate stays yours for as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel and rejoin later, the rate in effect at that time applies.
  • You can cancel any time by emailing info@citytrustcenter.org. Cancelling stops your next payment; it doesn't refund the month you're in, and your membership stays active until the end of that paid month.
  • If a payment fails, we'll let you know.

Credits

Maker members get 100 credits every month. One credit is worth $0.50 toward Center services, so 100 credits cover $50 of time.

  • Credits land each time your Maker payment goes through.
  • Unused credits roll over to the next month. They don't expire while your membership is active.
  • Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable and have no cash value. They can't be exchanged for money or moved to another person's account.
  • Credits cover time: rooms, studios, workshops and private training. They don't cover materials or supplies.
  • Members can add 100 credits for $50 at any time. Added credits follow the same rules.
  • If you cancel, you can use your remaining credits until the end of your last paid month.
  • Every credit that comes in or goes out is recorded on your account. Ask us any time for your balance and history.

Booking & cancelling

  • Ask for the time you want at least 24 hours ahead. The team confirms your booking and takes the credits.
  • Weekdays from 3 to 6pm are reserved for youth programming and can't be booked with credits.
  • Cancel 24 hours or more before your booking and the credits come back to your account.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking, and no-shows, keep the credits used.
  • If we have to cancel or move your booking, your credits always come back.

Member events & friends

  • Member events are for members and their friends. Joining is how you RSVP.
  • Members invite friends through the Friends of Friends Network. To invite a friend, you must first become a member.
  • Members are responsible for the friends they bring. Everyone in the space follows the Center's house rules and staff direction.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

While the Center's own payment account is being set up, membership and credit payments are collected on its behalf by That's The Plan Productions, LLC, so that name may appear on your card statement.

Questions about a charge? Email info@citytrustcenter.org and we'll sort it out.
