Our site and member tools are reviewed for security every morning. Small gaps are closed the same day, and anything bigger goes straight to our leadership with a plan.
Private stays private
Member, RSVP and contact records are visible only to C.I.T.Y. Trust Center staff who need them for their work. We never sell or rent your information.
Payments handled by Stripe
Card payments go through Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
Encrypted connections
Every page and form on citytrustcenter.org uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Backed up
Our systems are backed up every time they change, with saved restore points, so nothing we have built is lost.
You stay in control
Ask us at any time what we keep about you, or ask us to delete it. Email info@citytrustcenter.org.
